RAPPELLING ROCK CLIMBING RANCH

CenterFocus provides team building events in the Phoenix,

Arizona area that involve rappelling activities. Located in the

heart of Phoenix, our outdoor, roped team building location is

quickly accessable from most Valley locations. Upon arrival

at our site, participants will be outfitted with all appropriate

equipment and briefed on the potential hazards of the day.

We then divide the group into multiple teams and each team

is educated on the specialized skills necessary to rig anchors in

a mission to rappel down vertical cliffs up to 80 feet.

We will then bring the various skill sets together to form

cohesive groups that possess all the necessary skills to

accomplish the mission. As each member possesses particular

skills that other members do not, each group will be forced to

utilize good communication skills to prevail as a successful

team. Each individual can expect 2 - 4 rappels down cliff faces

of 30 - 80 feet in height.

The trip is suitable for all ability levels, and all participants will be supervised by qualified CenterFocus

rock climbing guides during every aspect of the event to assure safety. After the event we will conduct an

after action review to discuss what was learned from this exercise, what went well, what could have been

done better, and how the group managed themselves to overcome challenge and adversity.
