CenterFocus offers both single and multi-day team building
events in the Phoenix and Sedona, Arizona areas that can
include rock climbing, canyoneering and rappelling as well
as events on-site at your accomodations. There is no better way
to create synergy and positive working relationships between a
group of people, than reliance on one another in critical
outdoor situations. The bonds that form as a result of these
team building experiences are priceless, and demonstrate the
importance of working together, utilizing each others strengths
to succeed in accomplishing a common goal.
Team building activities conducted on-site at your
accomodations would involve outdoor challenges where
participants bring together various skill sets to function as a
single cohesive group. The single day events involve rock
climbing, canyoneering, and rope skills. Participants will be
educated and trained to specialize in a particular expertise.
They will then come together working as a team to safely travel
through a technical environment.

CenterFocus also offers a two day - one night team building event in northern Arizona
approximately one
hour east of Sedona on the Coconino National Forest. This tent-based trip includes all meals, dutch oven
cooked dinner, and hot breakfast, as well as drinks and snacks. The events involve rock climbing, and high
adventure activity while spending two days in a camping style environment. Participants will learn to work
together, functioning as a team in complex outdoor situations.
Team building events including various activities are available at other locations throughout
the state.
